Doing Exercise : Bike To Work!

Today, I decided to exercise, or maybe trying to do exercise. Everyone in this world know that exercise is needed to keep your health. But sometimes, we are lazy (I am lazy! xD). Instead of waking up early in the morning to do jogs or biking, I prefer put my blanket on and go sleep again, yeah that’s me! Last year I even ended up to do 20 sit-ups before sleep, and each week I add (+5) on it until it’s 40 sit-ups before sleep. But don’t know when, I stop doing it (I totally forgot).

And then There’s an idea come up in my mind. Why don’t I’m doing “bike to work” and “bike to home”. I don’t need to wake up early in the morning, and also I can save up some money (transportation fee LOL) and also be healthy at the same time, it’s like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone right?

So today I borrowed my dad’s bike, he has 2 high-end bikes (a bike with gear and rear view mirror attached). It only tooks 30 minutes for me to bike from my home to my office. And to be honest, even it’s a bit sweaty and tired, I feel more sober than any other day, I don’t feel sleepy and that’s a good thing!  And the fresh air in the morning is really feels great! xD

It took another 30 minuted for “bike to home”, I feel more tired than “bike to work”, maybe because my brain working too hard at the office (LOL). But biking in the evening is the best, the view of sunset, the orange color of the sky is really beautiful! 🙂

I reach my home and find my self really tired, especially my legs. I rest for a bit, and also put some analgesic balm for my leg’s muscles. But the next day, I find my hips hurts, they said that probably my muscles is getting a short shock because I am someone who never doing any exercise. Maybe resting for a while will makes my hips getting better.

Actually 2 days ago (The day I drink 2 glass of soju), the morning before that (at dawn actually) I’m jogging with my friend, Maya at the sea shores, and after that we find our whole body ache so bad, so we decided not to jog anymore (LOL).

The question is, WHY?! Whenever I’m trying to be healthy (by doing exercise), I keep experience this pain!!! >_< Why… Oh… Whyyyyyyy….

Have A Drink – I Can’t Drink Soju!

The most thing I like is eating meat like this with friends.

I love meats, and today I have samgyeopsal, bulgogi and yukgaejang for lunch (served with many other korean side-dish).  It’s really delicious!!

Alcohol Allergy – Oh NOOO… Soju too??!! 😦

I never thought that I have an Alcohol Allergy. Once I ever have a beer (only a can of beer), and the next morning I got hives spread all over my arms (both my arms, and only on my arms), it was sooo itchy like hell!! I thought that something might be wrong with the beer.

Today, I was convinced that my body have a bad tolerance for alcohol. I only drink 2 glass (that little glass) of Soju and I get drunk right away. My heart racing (all I can hear is my own heartbeat), my face red up and burning, but I feel happy, I keep smiling (I think now I know why people like to get drunk when their heart broken – LOL), my head feels lighten but my step feels heavier, a bit sleepy, dizzy and nausea (I even go to bathroom because I thought that I was going to vomit, but it did not happen).

The next day, I got hives spread all over my arms, once it appears on my left arms, I put analgesic balm on it because it’s really itchy and I can’t scratch it because the moment I scratch it, those rash will spread wider, and join together with another rash to form a big rash. Dad gave me some medicine for allergies, the itchy effect is gone and the hives slowly gone, but only for a moment, then suddenly it appears again on my right arm and gone after several hours. The -sudden-come-and-sudden-gone-hives happens for the next 4 days.

And one day, if someone ever ask me to go drink Soju/Beer, maybe I’ll think twice/thrice, those symptom (especially the hives) feels really not good. But the weird thing is, Those reaction doesn’t happen when I drink Wine and Martini (Haven’t try Tequila and Vodka yet).

After drinking 2 glass of Soju, me and my friends go to cinema to watch “The Expendables 2”. All of them was fine, I’m the only 1 out of those 5 women who getting this symptom. I fell asleep several time in the cinema, not because the movie, but because the dizziness in the dark. I’m sober up for the last 30 minutes of the movie, and go shopping till night LOL ~

PS : Don’t drink in the afternoon, not good at all >_<

A Gentleman’s Dignity – Friendship & Love

There are a lot of reasons to love this drama, but there’s no reason to hate this drama 😉 Tee-Hee~

This is a story of 4 guys who reach their 40’s (in the story they are around 41 years old). Two of them are still single, one of them is a widower, and the other one is married. Just like the title, this is how they are still childish even around that age, and how they are grow up (not physically) into adult and be a gentleman.

I’m not falling for this drama in the first 2 episodes, but this drama slowly take me in, the friendship is really delicious (I know it’s not a food haha xD), delicious because it makes me want to have that kind of friendship just like when I saw a delicious food!! And the love story, yeah the romance is really sweet.

The Funny Part

The funny part is how they never change any actor during the flashback to 25 years ago (when they’re still a student in high school) wearing high school uniform, I was like LOLing my ass off. And how they turn into a 17 years old guy when they hang out together, such a lovely strong friendship.

Just like the other friendship story, there will always one nerd (Oh, I love nerd haha), Yoon is the nerd, the number one scoring in academic (you will notice which one is Yoon just by one glance in the picture above~ xD) he’s an independent Lawyer at his40’s, Do Jin is the number two scoring in academic, he became a great architect at his 40’s. Tae San is the thug, I mean he appears mostly like a thug hahaha  but in the funny part xD he’s an engineer along with Dojin open an contraction company. Jung Rok is the most easy going guy, he’s a womanizer even he’s married LOL.

The most funny part for me is when they’re talking about superhero. Jung Rok keep his favorite to Taekwon V (a robot), while Yoon love superman, Tae San with his Spiderman and Dojin who admires Batman. They’re so hillarious while competing each other about the superhero.

The Couples

There are 8 leads in this drama, it’s 4 couples with 4 love stories. It wrapped beautifully and exciting. Each of character developed really nice from each episode.

Dojin & YiSoo

Major spoiler is in this couple so I can’t spoil anything, since this one is the center of the story. Their love story didn’t affect me that much, but there are a lot of lovely scene in this couple. ^^

TaeSan & SeRa

Come to me~

TaeSan come from a rich family, he’s still single at his 40’s. He had a sister 17 years younger than him who love his friend, Yoon. The girl he likes is the friend of YiSoo, Sera. She’s a professional Golfer. She’s free and follow her carrier. The major issue here is the pride, money, career and marriage.

Yoon & Meari

Yoon is a succesful lawyer, he’s a widower, his wife was dead 5 years ago. And Meari (24) is the little sister of TaeSan, she love Yoon who is 17 years older than her. His friendship with TaeSan started even before she was born. For me, the most love story I like is this one. I used to think that age doesn’t matter in romance. 😉

JungRok & MinSook

What I want you to do is only this, just stay with me like this, pat me gently until I fall asleep, and being able to see your face next to me when I open my eyes in the morning.

(this is what the wife said to her hubby…. I really touched by her word.)

JungRok married to MinSook, she’s older than him and very rich. But JungRok is a womanizer, he keep having affair with another woman. This story is telling us about the problem after marriage. Some people used to think that marriage is a happily ever after, but sometimes they also got some issue such as  the “trust” in marriage which is so fragile, the pressure to obtain a baby and how a woman feel insecure. And the “happily ever after” will be obtain once they overcome the obstacles. Their story is really meaningful for me. 😉

I really recommended this drama!! This drama is really great! A must to watch especially for those  who love the scriptwriter Kim Eun Sook (her previous masterpiece is Secret Garden & Lover in Paris). 😉

White Musk Sun Glow Limited Edition

The miserable thing is when you know the thing you bought is unreasonable but you still buy it.

Tempted, that’s the right word to describe my feelings when I bought this lotion. I was walking in a Shopping mall and passing this shop, they sell this limited edition of body lotion and I tempted to buy it, even I know for sure that I don’t really need this. To be truth I hate myself for being like this, but even I hate it, I have problem getting rid of from it.

Yeah that kind of feeling, the regret after spent 15 bucks for this, just because you were tempted for a moment. >_< A woman is only a woman in the end, their eyes burning when they saw “SALE” on the shop muahahahahhahaa~

I’m on my way getting out from this “Tempted” feelings. Trying hardly…

I really like the fragrance, too bad it’s a limited edition, means that if I wanna buy this lotion again in future, there a high possibility this item wouldn’t be around. 😦

My 1st Meet & Greet Event – Seven Something

Today I’m watching a Thailand Movie “Seven Something”. Actually I’m starting to watch many Thailand movie to learn their language, and their romantic-comedy starting to get my attention. It was really welldone, hillarious, meaningful, and their acting is really good. Only 1 thing that is lack,skinship (LOL- I’m just kidding xD).

This movie contains 3 separates story, each of story directed by a different Director, and the duration of each story is around 1 hour, so this movie is almost 3 hours. The story starts with the magical of number “7” in age, such as 7 years old, 14-21-28-35-42 years old.

The 1st story (14 years old) is the most hilarious story, the 2nd story (21-28 years old) is the most realistic & sweet, and the 3rd/last story (42 years old) is the most meaningful for me because it was like portrait the life of my friend, Julie >_<.If you’re curious about the movie, just watch it, it’s a good movie, but I’m not going to spoil anything here xD

After watch the movie, I got a chance to meet and greet with the co-star!! And they looks way more adorable in person than on screen . 😉

Sirin ‘Cris’ Horwang & Sunny Suwanmethanont

I also received their signature!! Haha, to be truth, this is the 1st time I watch their movie. Even though I’m not really their fans, but I tempted to own their signature. It’s totally unprepared and  even the paper I borrowed it from someone I don’t know… This is the 1st signature of actor/actress I ever received in my life. So this gonna be written in my history of life! xD

Little Unimportant Story :

Actually a few days ago, when I decided to learn Thai, I was looking for a Thai people in my twitter, and then There’s a name appear in “Who-to-follow” box because this person was being followed by 2 my drama’s lover friends. The name written with Thai writings so I have no idea if this person i’s a guy or girl.

I click it and look at the tweets, most of it written with Thai’s writings, English, and some Hangeul. My thought ‘Ah, maybe this person is a Korean-lover‘, so I look into the pictures mostly posted by this person, the pic of a pretty handsome guy, but only one guy all over the tweets. I thought, ‘Ah, maybe she’s a huge fan of  this guy, somekind idol‘, but I don’t know who’s the guy in the pic since I’m not following the k-pop idol or anything except their dramas. Then I’m thinking to ask this person to teach Thai so I followed this person.

Later after I followed this person, I realize that the number of the followers is 1.4 million, this is not a number of normal people would get. I thought this person is a girl but in fact he’s a guy, one of 2 PM member  (Korean boyband) named Nickhun =..= his twitter ID is @Khunnie0624, and I have no idea it’s him. Fortunately, I haven’t sent any weird message to ask him teach me Thai -LOL-, or it would be really awkward! >_< He’s starring in this movie too, in the last story.

Learn Thai Language

I have decided that my next language to be learn is Thai because…

Thailand is going to be the first other country I ever step!! xD

This November I’m going to Thailand for a week, a holiday trip (backpackers?), my (pretty) long vacation . This trip is gonna be just me and my friend, none of us understand Thai language, our English is gonna be our only weapon (LOL). We are going by our self, without any tour guide so this trip gonna be so exciting 😉 That’s why for this 4 months, I’m going to learn Thai with my utmost power.

But, the obstacle is, it’s really hard to find any source to learn Thai language. Most of them ask for payment, and only give me some trials. I’m good on learning by doing, like learning while I’m watching drama or maybe building conversation with the native speakers.

There are many Thai-movie to be watched, a really good movie, but most of them didn’t translated properly (I mean it’s quite hard to find the English subs). I think I need at least 5 drama (series) or 20 movies to be watched for me to understand the daily talks. But it’s quite hard to find too.

So I’m still trying, I’ll do my best!

I know Thai peoples are really good in English, but even so I think it’s really interesting to learn this language even though the pronunciation is quite hard. I have learn some words like greetings, and numbers (nueng-song-sam-si-ha-hok-chet-paet-kao-sip).

I hope I had a Thai friend who willing teach me their language hehe 🙂

Summer is POOL Time !!

We are in the mid of summer, and the summer is going to ended soon. Summer will always fun for me, because every summer I always having so much fun. Two years ago I spend it by going to an amusement park, last year I spent it on Bali for 4 days, and this year I spend it with my cute -1 year 6 months- niece, Audrey! (Actually in the next 5 days she will be a 1 year 7 months toddler hehehehe – Oh noo time goes so fast :()

I ask my friend who is good on taking pics (photography is his hobby) if he wants to help me taking my niece pics on the pool this Saturday, and thanks God, he agreed. And all pics posted here is his pieces.

August 2nd is my Aniki’s birthday, and when I congrats him, he ask me “Where’s my present?”, TADAAA!! This pool event is my birthday present for him. I bring my Mom, Dad, a Papparazi with a DSLR camera (my friend, Bryan!), Aniki, Nee-san and Audrey to enjoy this pool time together. Unlike my previous birthday present which is usually “a stuff”, this year my birthday present for him is “moment”. This is the 1st time (and also my Mom’s and Dad’s 1st time too) playing with Audrey on the pool, she really likes playing on the pool 😉

We are arrived a bit late, around 2:30 PM, but the sun is nice because it’s going to set soon, not too hot, it’s such a warm evening. My mom and Nee-san didn’t get into the pool. Audrey get into the pool and playing with her grandpa and Aniki. I also get into the pool with my friend, honestly I can’t swim, and forgot to do warming up, I cramped my feet (the right one), so I’m not stay in the pool for a long time.

Audrey having so much fun, she playing until the sun sets, and water become a bit cold. She trembled coldly, but unwilling to get out from the pool. But then we force her to get out, and we ended this pool time.

Ah, 2 days before today, I bought a bubble gun. It’s a gun that blow out many bubble with liquid soap. I want to show Audrey what is bubble 😀 So after we all dressed up and resting for a moment, I pull out my gun and spread the bubble all over the place. Such a beautiful bubbles !! And my friend, Bryan, catch the moment with his camera 😉

And as my thought, every kids would like bubbles (including me). Another little cute girl who sitting with her family beside our table, is very excited with those bubbles. Her name is Oriana, she’s there on the pic, behind Audrey 😉  They are so cute trying to catch the bubbles.

I never own any bubble gun in my childhood, I used to play with a straw, and make the liquid soap with my mom’s dish soap (LOL), I even talk about this with my aniki, and he also remembered it! I didn’t have a chance to play with this bubble gun, and never realized that at such this age, finally I can play with this stuff haha (one of my bucket list accomplished! xD).

After having some fun with bubbles until we are running out of soap. I can’t blow any bubbles anymore  😦 So we ended this soap blowing event too. Then we all go home.

I’m so happy I can spend this day together with my family. Actually I’d love to spend my each weekend like this, but it’s not easy to drag all of them out from house and attend outdoor activity. So even it’s just once in a while, it’s precious.

The next day is Sunday and I hibernate myself for sleeping for 16 hours. Maybe my body is old enough to take this kind of activity? because I feel so tired, and loved to sleep again and again. But my Mom and Dad already wake up early in the morning and going exercise by biking for 4 hours!! Omg, am I that weak? Dx what’s wrong with my body ?!?!?! 😦
