August 17th is the day of our anniversary. He knows that I like Flowers so he gave me a bucket of flowers, a mug that he write himself and a bluetooth speaker. And I gave him a photo frame, a mini stove and a grill pan, since like to eat korean bbq at home 😂.
This year is our 4 years relationship and still going strong. We are planning our marriage this year, but due to covid, the date was push back to November 7th. Literally we dont do party, we only go to temple and married there. We are going to register our marriage for that day, and I need to complete some document, I’m still working on it. Due to the pandemic covid19, nothing easy. We are going to have a really small wedding.
I hope this pandemic will soon over so we can have our honeymoon.
I’ve been Working From Home since March 20 until unknown (TBA later). During this I’m still working 9 to 5 like usually the difference is I don’t have to go to the office. I’m working by remotely at home.
During this time I watch a lot of korean drama haha especially kdrama with episode more than 50. Kdrama with episodes more than 50 used to be called sitcom, and typical story of family drama with many branches of the stories and mostly stories contains family relationship. The characters in the story really grow each episodes towards the end. And I realized I’ve been watching too much haha. I mostly watch KBS drama on their youtube channel, they post it officially on their channel, with complete english subs and HD quality.
It is a really good family drama, I really enjoy this sitcom, it brings laugh and tears together and even some sweep off my feet romantic scene, a mature relationship and many funny moments. I used to think dramas with eps more than 20 will be really draggy, not fun to watch and wasting my time, but it turns out to be really enjoyable.
The story is about a widower with 3 kids and a widow with 2 kids who ended up falling for each other and how their in law relationship. How their kids get along each other etc. And many other branches stories along with the main leads which really fun and romantic to watch. I really recommended this sitcom. It’s a heart warming sitcom.
PS : My favourite couple is the main couple and Yeontae-Sangmin.
I watch this because it’s got a very high rating for a sitcom and they win many awards. But honestly it’s too much depressing for me. Not my cup of tea, the lead suffer too much from the start till the end, there’s is not much happy moment and doesn’t sound like the title, none of golden life.
Despite of it, the story is actually great life lesson for us, to love our parents dearly while we have times for it. It’s a very heartwarming stories, But still not my cup of tea because too many tears involved, I cried a lot. This sitcom isn’t predictable, not typical sitcom with noble idiocy, the character is literally strong and have guts. I manage to watch it till the end out of curiosity but I skipped many parts. This one is also watchable on KBS World Youtube Channel, they put English subs on it.
This one is kinda depressing too like My golden life, it’s about lies and many misunderstandings, noble idiocy included. The leads suffering too much and many tears too.
But despite all of the typical family drama, it’s actually a good heart warming drama. it’s teaches us how to look something from another point of view, and stop judging people based on your standards.
I enjoy this kdrama a lot, it’s more comedy than it seems to be, none of the characters who are twisted too much, they just bend a bit and then they find their way to the right path. The relationship of each other is also a good grow.
The story is a about an old Tailor Shop (100 years), with a very old handmade suit, and the people who work there. I find it fascinating seeing many man in suits, man in suits is the best eye candy for me muahaha.
I really recomended this drama because it’s light, it’s good for those who doesn’t like complicated story, because the story is more about understanding.
This one is a short kdrama with standard 16 episodes. The story contains time travel of 1 person who came from 1993. This drama produce by Cha Tae Hyun himself. I have a unique fond for this drama, even they got a huge plothole about the time loops, but strangely I’m not bored at all, that unique fond make up for it and made me rate it 4 of 5.
I watch this after I watch Lee Se Young in Gentlemen Wolgyesu Tailor Shop, and I’m glad I watch it. The OST is greatly linger in my ear. But so sad they had low budget about the idol successful upon the end, probably because of the low rating of this drama didn’t even made into biggest 20 rating.
I love Yoon Shi Yoon here, his character is really likable, and the chemistry with Lee Se Young is sizzling in the air, so I really enjoy watching their lovely scene together.
Hmm so sadly I’m gonna say that this one isnt my cup of tea. The story is flat without purpose. It’s like I’m watching documentary a life of a doctor in a sitcom. But strangly I’m not hating it too. It’s warm and understandable. I’m gonna tell you straightly, this is not a romance drama, so they got some romance going on but it’s not the highlight of the drama, the romance took part on it in a small portion as a seasonings.
The story is about slices of life of doctors in a hospital, they’re busy, they have heart too, they had a life, they can be sad, annoyed, tired and lovely too. It’s kinda bored me because the story is flat, no climax (for me who likes roller coasters kind of story which make you crazy wanting to press next episode button) this drama isn’t one of it.
But despite the love and the hate I mentioned above. I enjoy watching it till the very end. The detail about the story and how lovely their friendship and romance made me put 4 of 5.
PS: to the scriptwriter, thanks for making Chilbong had lovely end in this drama haha. I would hate it alot if you let him brokenhearted again like in reply 1994. hahah
I love flowers. This Sunflowers is the 2nd I ever got, the first one is roses, and I got a new hobby, I love to arrange my Flowers in a vase.
I always want to be given a bucket of flowers by somebody special, and I used to gift people flowers in any special occasion like open a business, or any other occasion requiring flowers.
But in my 3 years relationship I never got any. I have a heavy thought why he never gave me any. My head sometimes twisted so much, so one day I ask my boyfriend why he never bought me flowers (because I love flowers), and his answer is simply, he thought that buying a flower is a waste of money because the flower will wilt in no time. But then I told him that I love flowers, and will be very happy if he gift me flower instead of any other gift.
Thank God, He’s a boyfriend who listen, finally He gave me a bucket of roses out of blue, no occasion. And I have no vase to put, I eagerly search on the web how to keep those roses to extend their freshness to the longest. Since I have no vase, I put them in the my snack storage, fill it with fresh water and put them.

Everyday I send him the photos of “How’s the Roses doing today.” 😅😅 The roses last up to 6 days before they fully wilt. And those every single day, he got the roses picture. Actually I did that so he knows that I really love the flower he gave.
Today is the famous Valentine’s Day, and he gave me Sunflowers. I have my own vase now. So I put them in the vase.

But too bad the vase is a way too small for all of them, I was thinking to buy another bigger vase, before knowing that he also gave me the vase when we have our dinner.

Ate Mutilated Crab for our Valentine’s dinner this year.
This year I gift him a shaver, blanket, handmade card and Chocolate of course, it’s Valentine’s Day!
I made that card with paints, a poster color paints. I want to make a painting, like a real painting, because everything looks easy on Youtube, I bought all the ingredients, water color papers, all brushes style, 12 poster colors, Palette. I’m ready to go before finally I knew that I was not gifted for painting muahahaha. All messy, I cannot paint 😅😅. So I just decorate a plain watercolor paper to be a greeting card, with a small bucket of flower painting on the right down haha. It’s all I can do, my bad.

Here I want to introduce you the art of washitape. Well, my hobby is crafting something from paper, but not really art thingy. I’m doing it time to time only for my close friend and bf as a greeting card.
So it’s basically doing some art with washitape. You can find many pattern of washitape on a bookstore or hobby store.
To make this one I’m using an A5 art paper with pattern, a pencil also colored pencil, 5 patterns of washitape, and of course a design cutter to make nice detailed cuttings.
I made this for Valentine’s day this year (last 14 feb). with some letters behind the picture 🙂

I’m going to write my review here THIS CONTAIN SPOILER / SPOILER ALERT. This is the first french movie I ever watch. I’m learning french now. and After watch this movie, I think it’s really difficult hahah. But I will still learn it, it’s fun 🙂 I’m watching this is part of my self learning xD
This movie is kinda dark romantic. or even not romantic at all, it’s more to a sad tragedy movie. The title is Jeux d’enfant, which is means Child’s Game, another English title is “Love me if you dare” with “La Vie en Rose” as the soundtrack. La vie en rose means “The life in pink“, it’s really a nice old love song in french. You can find many music box with this song lately, Christmas is coming to town.
The story start with the friendship between a young girl and young boy, through a dare game. So the rule is passing a cute can and say the thing you ask the person you pass the can, do they dare or not doing specific things, “cap ou pas cap?“, which literally means “are you capable or are you not capable?“, then if you take the challenge you will answer “GAME!“, then you will do the exact thing mentioned.
SO those little kids, are playing that game until they growing up without noticing that actually both of them are falling for each other, but too much ego to even realize their own feelings.
There are 2 time jump in this story. One is 4 years, and then 10 years.
Teenage Love
The girl is the one who realize her feeling first, but afraid to say. She couldn’t keep it and tell him, they share some kiss but he treat her like a game. The guy loses his chance once on their teenage time. He should be running and grab the girl when she walks away. They put the game 4 years not gonna see each other again, cap ou pas cap, and they game it. This is the part that I don’t actually understand, the really determined the game, 4 years mentioned and they really wait for 4 years… geez…
After 4 years passed, the guy come to the girl. the girl who still in love with him even after 4 years. Then again another childishness, he put another game to hurt her, just exactly like what she said 4 years ago. He actually show her that he could hurt her. And she revenge him by ruining his marriage on the church by passing the can to him right in front of the altar, “to say no, on the church“
after the wedding incident, they put the 10 years not seeing each other again, and game it. (and they did not see each other for 10 years geez… what a waste of time.)
So the time jump to another 10 years later. Both of them are married to another person, the guy has 2 little kids and a beautiful wife. Living a normal life. But he doesn’t look happy. There’s no excitement in his life.
And the girl is married to a national football player, have a big house, rich and lovely husband, but just same as him. She doesn’t look happy either. Something is just missing in their normal life.
And she started the childish game again. The ending was kinda confusing because, in the end both of them ditching their own spouse just to get to be together and buried themselves in a cement for an eternal love.
It’s a weird ending indeed. In the end, they show us the probability of happiness if only they choose to throw their ego away, once is when they’re teenager, when she told him that she loves him. Another one when he showed up after 4 years, it could be a nice closure, if he didn’t childish put a proposing joke to her. But after 10 years, and all of them already married, it’s just too late to adjust anything.
This movie is showing us that we should cherish the right moment in this life. That your ego won’t do anything good. Be honest to your feelings is maybe the best thing, even if maybe it’s just an unrequited love.
I’m not on the shoes to say this because I actually a fox in sheep costume. I don’t want to ended up miserable like in the movie.
I wonder which part of this movie that goes wrong?
Maybe she shouldn’t tell him that she loves him? or maybe she shouldn’t fall for him in the first place? (as if she can undo it) But what can she do? Falling for him is against her own will too…
Today I found out that God took my friend away again. And the most things makes me feel miserable is that I found it out after 40 days… I received a message through his whatsapp but actually was sent by his family, broadcast about the praying schedule 40 days after death.
He’s a very good friend of mine. His name is Vee, I used to call him Vee-kun. We met through a mailing list for japan-anime fans when we’re still very young, around 18 yo or so, and we use to go to a lot of Japanese Cosplay and anime event in town. I still remember the last time we were talk, he said that he wants to go to japan with me someday. Never thought that, that word would never accomplish anymore. I didn’t even know that he was sick… I feel truly bad… I feel empty.
Bad news for me, today I got a call from my mom telling me that her refrigerator is deceased (maybe due to the blackout we had yesterday, sigh… God damn electricity!!) which means that I should buy a new one. Well we can’t live without one, my mom use to cook a lot of food, making many dessert also juice for us, yeap she need it. And I’m just trying to fulfill my bucket list number 2. 😉
I ask my brother to borrow his card because his card got more discount on a specific dept store. But he’s working until 8pm. I told him I’ll go looking around for pros and cons of the refrigerator, so that when he arrive, he can just use the card to pay, so there’s no wasting of time.
My old Toshiba refrigerator is deceased after 4 years I bought it exactly at November 2011. I write it down on my blog, how sad I am at that time hahaha I use all my bonus for that :(. 4 years means that only 1 year after the warranty. But this time, I bought a 10 year warranty Samsung refrigerator. Well I really hope it would last that long.
But something terrible happen… He went to a wrong location of the dept store (LOL they got many branches). It’s really funny because I already get the invoice so he won’t waste times to look around. The problem solve by me took picture of the invoice and told him to get the same item on that dept store, Since it’s still in a same branch they got the same item.
And then I went to that dept store to get the receipt from him (I need this receipt when they send the item to my house), and he said “what a day,I’m traveling all over the place just to bought this refrigerator” hahaha. Yes we are. I’m glad that even after he married and has a cute daughter, he still my brother whom also like a best friend to me. It’s always a pleasure to be able to have a chit chat with him.
I should forget about wanting to buy a new smartphone for myself. I think I need to use this phone for a few more couple of years until I’m financially stable. Well I can’t ask my bro to be part of it since he already had his own household to take care.

This is what I’m doing these day, watching Gotham Season 1 (they currently airing the 2nd season), improving my french and working for my craft collaboration project with my friend, out of our hobby.
Honestly I enjoy Gotham more than I enjoy Daredevil. It’s surprisingly great, I was underestimated it at first. Well both of them has their own pros and cons, Daredevil has a good action vibe, and Gotham got less action, just bang bang the gun – got shot then bleeding. But I like how Gotham developing each of their character in every episode, and they got so many interesting character to be developed. I’m looking forward to it. And how they turn that handsome guy to be PENGUIN!!! Arghhh, but it’s okay, he’s still handsome in everyway even if he’s psychotic hahaha. And that enigma, I like him, been wondering why people around him treat him badly like that arghhhh,I can’t stand it!!! =.= (please ignore my rant hahah).
You know that a film is good when you want to press next button before the credits even ended hahaha, means that you want to see more and more, you got curious about what is going to happen in the next episode. So you just find yourself can’t stop watching it haha.

He’s David Mazouz the cast of Little Bruce Wayne in Gotham. I swoon over him, I think I caught some pedophile syndrome muahahahah I feel real bad :)). And I really like his scene, I love how they insert his scene here and there anywhere in the series hehehe…
How can I love to see his scene than the male lead Jim Gordon?!!!
